• Use case — Recruitment
For recruiters who screen candidates between meetings.
Candidates ring back when they can, which is never when you’re at the desk. Relay captures the call on your number and turns it into the record, the brief and the interview slot, from wherever you are.
A candidate screen becomes the record, the brief and the interview.
Tap “Candidate screen” after the call. Relay updates the candidate with what they said about salary, notice and location, emails them the role brief, and books the client interview in the slot you agreed.
The hiring manager’s call becomes the job, with the must-haves in it.
“Client brief taken” creates the job, notes the must-haves and the deal-breakers exactly as they said them, and sends your terms. When the manager rings back to change something, you tell Relay and it updates the job.
References, done while you remember them.
Hang up from a reference check and say: “Note the reference on Tom’s file and email Rachel that both references are in.” Relay writes it up from the call and stages the email.
Every candidate call, captured
Car, café, corridor. If they rang your Relay number, the screen is on record.
Briefs in the client’s words
Must-haves and deal-breakers as they said them, not as you remembered them an hour later.
Private calls stay private
Never-record list and Private mode. Family and friends are never captured.
