• Product — The line
Everything happens on the line, so nothing depends on you remembering.
Relay owns the leg the call comes in on. That’s why it works from a locked iPhone in a car park, and why no app-only tool can follow.
The call, captured on Relay’s own line.
Your Relay number sits between the caller and your phone. Your phone rings like normal. If Relay knows the caller from your systems you’ll see who it is before you pick up; if it doesn’t, the call is captured just the same. The audio is captured server-side, never on the handset, so there’s nothing to install on the laptop and nothing to press.
Calls stay in Australia. Never-record and Private mode are decided before the call connects.
Last time: wants a finance clause, back Thursday.
Hang up. The facts are ready.
Relay turns the call into facts, not a wall of transcript: who, what, when, how much, what was promised. Those facts fill in the skills and asks. The transcript is there when you want it, beside every action.
Most calls are ready in about the time it takes to open your car door.
Tap a skill, or tell Relay.
Skills are your after-call recipes, set up once. Tell Relay is for everything else: the principal’s request, the solicitor’s date change, the thing you promised the tradie. Type or say what you want and it becomes a pack of actions in whichever systems it belongs. Both stage first; you approve; then it runs.
Recurring asks become skills. Relay notices and offers; you decide.
The console: setup, skills, team, record.
Open the console in any browser to connect your systems, build and edit skills, invite people, and see the plan meter. Every call is on record with its transcript, facts, actions and receipts.
Calling campaigns live here too: load a list, work through it from the phone, and every call gets the same aftermath.

What Relay will not do.
These are design decisions, not missing features.
Answer for you
No AI receptionist, no voicemail bot. The call is yours.
Guess at actions
Nothing is done from the call alone. You name the work; the call fills in the details.
Send without asking
Every pack stages first. Ask-and-run is an opt-in you switch on for yourself.
