• Skills — Set up once
Skills are the things you do after every call, set up once.
Start from the library, or build your own in the console. Every skill stages a pack from the call’s facts and waits for your tap.
Library skills are starting points. Every one is editable, and the actions come from the systems you connect.
Build your own in plain words.
A skill is a name, a sentence about when it applies, and the actions it stages. You write it the way you’d brief a new assistant: “After a buyer call: book the inspection they asked for, email them the contract, log their interest.” Relay maps each step to an action in your connected systems and shows you the pack before it saves.
Skills never fire on their own. After a call you choose the one that fits, or none. When you keep telling Relay the same thing, it offers to turn that into a skill.
