Use case — Real estate

For agents who take the call at the listing, not at the desk.

Buyers ring while you’re at an open home. Vendors ring in the car. Relay makes sure the inspection gets booked, the contract goes out and the vendor hears about it, before you’ve found your keys.

A buyer call becomes an inspection, a contract and a logged offer.

Tap “Buyer enquiry” after the call. Relay books the time you agreed, emails the contract and the fact sheet, and logs the interest and any offer against the listing. You approve once.

No RE-specific setup. It works with the calendar, inbox and CRM you already use.

Edit any line first.

Vendors hear about every call, without you typing it.

“Vendor update” sends the vendor a short text of what the buyer said and adds it to the campaign notes. Twenty buyer calls on a Saturday become twenty vendor texts you approved from the car.

Text to Priya Nair (vendor)Staged

Hi Priya, quick update on 12 Grattan St: spoke with Mark Robinson just now, keen, wants a finance clause, inspection booked Thu 10am. Will send the contract today. Alex

Sent from your Relay number.

Why this only works on the line.

iPhones don’t let any app hear a phone call. No listing platform can, no notes app can. Relay can because your Relay number is the line the call comes in on.

Every call, captured

Buyer, vendor, principal, conveyancer, photographer. If it rang your Relay number, it’s in, and the work after it gets done.

Your own number, if you like

Divert the number on your signboards to Relay. Nothing changes for buyers.

Private calls stay private

Never-record list and Private mode. Family calls are never captured.

Take the next buyer call with Relay on the line.
